Тадқиқот Тошкент шаҳридаги олий ўқув юртларининг кадрлар бўлими ходимлари ўртасида ўтказилган сўровнома таҳлилига асосланган. Тадқиқот натижалари ходимлар бошқаруви бўйича маълум амалиётларни ташкил қилиш ва рақамли платформаларни тадбиқ қилиш ўртасидаги боғлиқликни аниқлайди ва шу билан ушбу ишнинг илмий аҳамиятини кучайтиради.
