Annotasiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi oliy ta’lim tizimini empirik tahlil qilish uchun resurslarga bogʻliqlik nazariyasi (RBN) o‘rganilgan. Regressiya modellari 2000-2013 - yillar davrini qamrab olgan. 62 ta Oʻzbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalaridan iborat panel ma’lumotlar tatbiq etilib, muassasalar tomonidan qabul qilingan xarajatlar qarorlarning determinantlarini oʻrganish uchun qoʻllaniladi. Asosiy gipoteza oʻquv toʻlovlaridan olinadigan daromad ulushi va oʻqitishga sarflangan xarajatlar ulushi oʻrtasidagi mutanosiblik bilan bogʻliq. Tahlil belgilangan qat’iy ta’sirlarni kiritish orqali kuzatilmagan xilma-xillikni boshqarishga harakat qiladi. Instrumental oʻzgaruvchilarni baholash ushbu ikki oʻzgaruvchi oʻrtasidagi munosabatlarning potentsial endogenligini aniqlash uchun ishlatiladi. Asosiy aniqlangan natija shundan iboratki, oʻquv toʻlovlaridan tushadigan daromadlar ulushi va oʻqitishga sarflangan xarajatlar ulushi oʻrtasida, hatto boshqa omillar bilan bogʻliq boʻlganidan keyin ham ijobiy va statistik jihatdan muhim bogʻliqlik mavjud, bu RBNning asosiy tamoyiliga mos keladi.
