Moliya tizimini mamlakat miqyosida raqamlashtirish hamda takomillashtirish va moliya tizimini rivojlantirishda bozor konyukturasini takomillashtirib borish doimo muhim ahamiyat kasb etib kelgan. 2008-yildan so’ngra ushbu ko’lamni yanada takomillashtirish avj oldi.
