Mazkur maqolаda Respublikadagi aholi uy-joylarida yong`in risklarining ekspertizasini amalga oshirish, xavfsizlik uskunalarini o‘z hisobidan o‘rnatish, xavfsiz eshiklar xaridi imkoniyatlari hamda favquloddagi vaziyatlarda qarorlar qabul qilish natijasida yong`in risklarini boshqarish amaliyoti o`rganilgan. Unda respublikaning 3002 ta tasodifiy tanlab olingan aholi turar joylari ob’yekt qilib olingan. Tadqiqot statistik ma`lumotlari Goolge form onlayn tarzda ijtimoiy so`rovnoma savollarini asos qilib olingan. Adabiyotlar sharhida mavzuga oid xorijiy olimlar qarashlari tadqiq etilgan. Ekonometrik modellashtirish jarayonida Ologit modeli Stata 18.0 dasturidan foydalanilgan. Tahlillar so‘nggida regressiya modeli sifatini tekshirishda linktestdan foydalanilgan. Turar joylarida yong‘in risklarini boshqarishda o‘z hisobidan uskunalar xaridi va xavfsiz eshiklar xaridi statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli bo‘lib topilgan
